Attention to Detail - We understand
the importance for attention to detail and will spend as much time
with you as you need whether this be on your first contact with
us, during the arrangements, at the service, choosing a memorial
or purchasing a Funeral Plan. We will never assume anything and
we will never rush you.
Communication - We will keep
in regular contact with you and provide you with a written confirmation
of arrangements and estimate of the funeral director charges and
disbursements fees prior to the funeral. We will explain your liability
of Funeral expenses and provide guidance on the financial help provided
by the Department of Work and Pensions.
Your Comments - After the funeral
we will send you a Client Satisfaction Survey Form so that you may
have the opportunity to comment on the service we provided you and
your family. Your comments are important if we are to improve our
service and products.
Memorials - Throughout history,
it has been the custom to honour the memory of those we love by
erecting a lasting form of memorial. A memorial is a permanent symbol
or remembrance, so it is important that both the design and material
are chosen with care. We are able to offer an extensive range of
memorials, carry out additional inscription and repair existing
